You are free to browse Advanced Planning Group without submitting any personal information. We do not collect any personal information unless you subscribe to our newsletters, register to use our message board system, order a product from us, or otherwise agree to submit to us such information. Newsletter subscriptions

In order to subscribe to our newsletters, you will be asked to supply your first and last name, your email address, your ZIP or postal code, your age. This information is used to fulfill your subscriptions, and to help us better serve user needs through an understanding of the demographics of our users. You have the option of supplying additional information, including your country of residence and your occupation. We also use this demographic information to better serve our users.

Message board registration

In order to post messages on our message boards, you will be asked to supply a user name and password of your choice, and your email address. In addition, you may choose to supply additional optional information, including the URL of your homepage, your occupation, your city, state and country of residence, and information about your interests. With the exception of your password, this information is used in your public user profile and is viewable by other users. If you do not want this information to be viewable by others, you may simply leave these fields in the registration field blank. You may also choose to either make your email address private, or to make it viewable to other users.

Product orders

If you choose to order products from Advanced Planning Group, we will request information on our order form. This includes contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing your order, this contact information will be used to get in touch with you.

In addition, Advanced Planning Group may disclose your personal information when required to do so by law or to cooperate with law enforcement inquiries.

Advanced Planning Group uses third party service providers for both its newsletter and message board services. If the information that you used to register for our message board service changes, you may change it by logging in to the message boards and clicking on the "My Profile" link.

If we make a material change to this privacy policy concerning how we use or disclose your personally identifiable information, we will post a notification on our home page 30 days in advance of those changes.
